Dinner at the Vault

Hi everyone! It's been a while! Jason and I have been busy with work but we are still checking things off of our bucket list. More new posts are coming soon!

A few weeks back, Jason and I tried out a cool little restaurant in Manotick called the Vault. Fun fact, it was actually a vault!!!

We made reservations for 6pm although it wasn't too busy. We were seated on the patio which was really nice and covered too.

The menu is very big which is nice. They have many different options. We thought that the prices were very reasonable and cheaper than average.

To start we got the mini fajitas which were really good! We were given three small tortillas with chicken and toppings. This was the prefect portion and super yummy!

For our dinner, we both ordered the chicken wrap. It was really good! We were both impressed. The portion was perfect and a bit on the bigger side. It was well packed with chicken, cheese, lettuce, avocado and bacon. We both got a side of fries. We both really enjoyed this. Jason said he didn't really like the charcoal grill marks on the chicken. Otherwise, I thought the wrap was amazing!

My only complaint about this place was that the service seemed very rushed. We could barely talk to our server because she would run away each time despite the restaurant not being busy.

We will definitely be back to the Vault!
